Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery takes 5–8 business days across the United States after shipment. During busy periods, some orders may take a little longer, but we always work to get your jewelry to you as quickly as possible. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

We stand behind every piece we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you have 60 days from the delivery date to return your order. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with all packaging included. Simply reach out to us at support@velvethourus.com and our team will guide you through the process. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
