What is the quality of your bags?
Our bags are carefully inspected for materials, stitching, hardware, and overall finish. The quality grade and specifications of each model are described on its product page.

What is the difference between the quality grades of your bags?
Differences between quality grades may include the materials used, construction techniques, stitching, lining, hardware, and level of finishing. Please refer to the individual product description for the specifications of the model and quality grade you are considering.

Can you send me additional images of the model I'm interested in?
As we receive a high volume of inquiries, including requests from competitors, we provide additional product images exclusively to existing customers.

Are the straps adjustable or removable?
This depends on the model. Some bags feature adjustable or removable straps, while others have fixed handles or straps. Please check the product description and images for details.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been processed within 1–3 business days, we'll send your tracking number by email. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch.

What type of hardware do the bags have?
Hardware varies by model and may include zippers, clasps, chains, buckles, and other metal details. Please refer to the product description and images for the hardware style and finish of your selected bag.

Does the bag come with a Dust Bag & Original Box and documents?
Every bag purchased from Elavous is delivered with a dust bag, original box, and accompanying documents.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Delivery generally takes a further 7–14 business days. During exceptionally busy periods, processing or delivery may occasionally take longer than estimated.

What materials are used in your bags?
Materials vary by model. Please refer to the individual product description for details about the exterior material, lining, and other components of your selected bag.

Can I pay with Visa or Mastercard?
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout. Depending on availability, these may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and other secure payment options.

Do you ship throughout the United States?
Yes. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

How can I check the size of a bag?
Please refer to the dimensions listed on the product page. We recommend checking these measurements before ordering to ensure the bag suits your needs, as product images alone may not accurately convey its size.

Are the bags water-resistant?
Water resistance depends on the materials and construction of each model. Unless specifically stated in the product description, do not assume your bag is waterproof. We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to rain and never submerging your bag. Damage caused by improper water exposure is not covered under warranty.

Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. Every bag purchased from Elavous is covered by our 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with our Returns & Warranty Policy.

What is your returns period?
We offer a 60-day return period from the confirmed delivery date, provided the bag remains unused, in its original condition, and all supplied protective films, tags, and packaging are intact.
